TOLL FREE NUMBER
An 800 number is the way for you to have your prospects respond to you. Prospects are far more likely to return a call to a toll free number and your appearance is much more professional, especially if your 4 year old loves to answer the phone! With an 800 number, you will not receive calls at your home. It acts much like a toll free answering service. Remember, in marketing, you will be contacting people throughout the country and with some programs, throughout the world. Do you want phone calls at 3:00 am? When choosing your 800 number supplier, make sure it includes several extensions. You'll find the extensions useful in tracking the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns. Excellent 800 number suppliers are available for around $20 per month. Again, do your due diligence and make sure their program fits with yours and provides for your business expansion. FAX
We recommend E-fax for your incoming faxes. It is an organization that places faxes directly to your computer via email. The basic version is free (inbound only). E-Fax covers a wide range of capabilities  and costs. See them at www.efax.com

Check with your phone service carrier and see what plans they have to offer.
